Heights (2005)

Diana (Glenn Close) is a legendary superstar who is attracted to the charm and wit of Alec (Jesse Bradford), a struggling young actor who lives in the same building as her daughter Isabel (Elizabeth Banks), a self-absorbed photographer who is about to marry Jonathan (James Marsden), a temperamental attorney who is trying to avoid Peter (John Light), a British journalist assigned to interview his famous lover's ex-flames. These five very different people meet, connect and resolve their relationships in this wonderfully-acted, intelligently-written and directed drama.

HEIGHTS is simply a magnificent film that offers an ingenious puzzle of love and intrigue. Close as usual is stunningly amazing whist Jesse & James’ performances are both worth remembering. A MUST SEE!
